Germany is expending its tolls for lorries to all federal roads as of 1 July 2018. This involves about 40,000 km of extra routes, which will require a comprehensive technical upgrade of the toll system. This week the innovative control pillars pilot is now starting, with which the observance of the toll duty is to be monitored in the future.
