Fully electric device for moving pallets and ULD

Qatar Airways Cargo has successfully tested and commissioned "AMDT Full Elec", an automotive multi-directional transporter for air cargo pallets.

The new device was developed by the French engineering company Gaussin in close collaboration with the carrier's cargo handling subsidiary Qatar Aviation Services Cargo. It is zero-emissions, 100% electric and compatible with all ULD types. It has a payload of up to 7 t, a battery life of up to 6 hours and is rechargeable, allowing 24/7 use.
