An eco-friendlier service

Global shipping company Ocean Network Express (ONE) has introduced One Leaf+, a new service designed to help customers reduce their carbon footprint and improve transparency in their shipping operations.

 

The service provides clients with alternative fuel options and third-party verified certifications detailing CO2e savings, supporting broader industry efforts toward decarbonisation.

 

One Leaf+, which stands for low emission-able freight, is part of the carrier’s commitment to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 2050. The initiative includes the use of used cooking oil methyl ester (UCOME) as a biofuel, which significantly reduces emissions compared to traditional fuels. Read more
