DSV Panalpina acquires e-commerce specialist

The DSV Panalpina conglomerate is taking over Denmark-based Prime Cargo from Mitsui-Soko Group in Japan. Prime Cargo is an international forwarding company which offers customised warehousing and logistics solutions.

 

Headquartered in Kolding, Denmark, Prime Cargo runs its own offices in Copenhagen, Szczecin in Poland and Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Qingdao, Xiamen, Shenzhen and Ningbo in China as well as an agency network in the rest of the world. The company specialises in selected verticals like fashion retail where DSV Panalpina has little activity. Read more
