Iconic cargo facility opens at Brussels airport

After two years of construction work, a logistics building for goods handling has been officially opened in the West of Brussels airport's logistics area.

This 50,000 sqm facility with direct airside access will henceforth accommodate three logistics companies: Kuehne + Nagel, Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) and Expeditors. The new infrastructure is specifically geared to handling temperature-sensitive goods, such as pharmaceuticals and vaccines.

The construction of the new building Brucargo West is one of the first stages of a large-scale master plan. Read more
