The ALG has been named as “Best in Class” by the Global Institute of Logistics.

Experts from AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG participated in the Aerospace Logistics Group's annual conference held this November in Lisbon, Portugal.

The Aerospace Logistics Group (ALG) is an association specializing in transportation and logistics services for the aviation and aerospace industry. ALG was founded in January 2007 by a group of international freight forwarders and is now a community of professionals active in the aerospace and civil aviation spare parts transport industries.

This year, representatives of 43 companies attended the event. The logistics conference followed a traditional format. In addition to standard, fast-paced face-to-face meetings, network members presented the results of the last decade of progress and their plans for future development.

In addition to celebrating its 10th anniversary, the ALG placed particular emphasis on being named “Best in Class” by the Global Institute of Logistics. The victory was awarded after a thorough analysis of similar networks existing on the market. As a current certified member of the ALG, AsstrA welcomes this distinction and confirms the company's commitment to providing clients with high quality service in sectors where timely delivery is of the utmost importance.

Anton Sejchasov, Head of the AsstrA Air Cargo Division, observed: "АsstrА's participation at such conferences, of course, helps develop business in specific product categories in addition to the overall position of the company on the market. You can never be certain in which geography you will next assist an Association partner. Practically, in the transport and logistics sector it is much easier to build a productive dialogue with partners at these types of conferences. In particular, the short bilateral meetings are an indispensable tool.”
