The European Combined Transport Operators and Terminal Managers association (UIRR) says it favours the European Commission's proposal to amend directive 92/106 on the establishment of common rules for certain types of combined transport of goods between member states.
The trade boy’s analysis did not any reveal fundamental or conceptual shortcomings. However, the UIRR has tabled a paper with a number of suggestions – technical in nature – to complement and to further enhance the Commission proposal. Read more
