Prologis to expand in Uxbridge

Further 330,000 sq ft. response to growing demand from customers.

Prologis has acquired a 15.37 acre site adjacent to Prologis Park West London in Uxbridge from GlaxoSmithKline allowing it expand the park.

GSK will lease back the site for a short period of time while it relocates employees from Stockley Park to its headquarters in Brentford.

Paul Weston, regional head for Prologis UK said: “We expect that the expansion of Prologis Park West London will enable us to add a further 330,000 sq ft to this high-quality scheme in response to growing demand from our customers.” Read more
