25 drivers from 25 countries recently competed in the finals of the Optifuel Challenge organised by Renault Trucks in Lyon (France) for the award for the most fuel-efficient driving technique.
The title of best eco-driver was awarded to the driver Frantisek Oravec from the Slovakian family-owned company of the same name. He won a Renault Trucks T High 480 (2019 model) and a EUR 6,000 shopping voucher.
Piotr Krahel, the Polish driver of Concept Cargo Logistics, gained second place and Pascal Bosser, the French driver of Transports Rollin, came in third. Read more
