Bury, Greater Manchester-based The Mailing Room has purchased Bedfordshire-based Digital Post Solutions.
Following the deal co-founder of Digital Post Solutions, Terry Smart will retire, while the company’s other co-founder Mark Steele will stay on.
Steele, along with Digital Post Solutions director James Johnson will join The Mail Room to help integrate Digital Post Solutions accounts into the organisation.
Members of the Digital Post Solutions service and operations team, including operations manager, Peter Thompson, and account manager David Smith, are also switching to The Mail Room, ensuring continuity of service. Read more
