DB Schenker has appointed two executives to lead the sea freight business in the DE/CH cluster. Hans-Thorsten Lanfermann will manage the ocean export segment. He has been working for DB Schenker for almost 20 years. His most recent position was head of sea freight north of Schenker Germany.
Michael Schwickert has been chosen as head of the ocean import segment for the DE/CH cluster. Schwickert had been freight manager at DB Schenker’s branches in Koblenz and Cologne since 1998, before he became head of export FCL in the DE/CH cluster in 2018. Read more
