The new logistics centre for L'Oréal.
Prologis has started work on a CO2 neutral logistics centre for L’Oréal. When completed, the facility, located in Muggensturm near Karlsruhe (Germany), will comprise approximately 101'000 sqm of logistics space. Located directly on the A5 motorway, the centre will have good access to the area’s transport network.
Cosmetics manufacturer L’Oréal plans to supply its markets in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) from Muggensturm.
