Lubbers Transport Group has a history stretching back to 1929, when the company was founded in Schoonebeek, The Netherlands. The company started off as a livestock transport company but changed its focus in the late 1940s, when NAM (Shell) discovered the Schoonebeker oilfield. So for seven decades Lubbers has been serving and supporting the world’s energy industry, growing and developing its own international presence throughout Europe and an outlook far beyond. Growing from Schoonebeek, Lubbers now has 13 bases across Europe in eight countries, including the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Norway, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Romania and Turkey.
